ADEME

The Agence de la Transition Écologique helps implement public policies in the fields of the environment, energy and sustainable development. It makes its expertise and consultancy capabilities available to companies, local authorities, public authorities and the general public, to help them make progress in their environmental approach.

The Agency also helps finance projects, from research to implementation, in the following areas: waste management, soil conservation, energy efficiency and renewable energies, raw materials savings, air quality, noise abatement, the transition to a circular economy and the fight against food waste.

ADEME is a public establishment under the joint authority of the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
